[email protected] *재판매 및 DB 금지[제주=뉴시스] 양영전 기자 = 이창흠 제주도 기후경제부지사 후보자가 인사청문회에서 '적합' 판정을 받았다.제주도의회 인사청문특별위원회는 26일 이 같은 내용을 담은 인사청문경과보고서를 채택했다.인사청문특위는 보고서를 통해 "후보자의 기후·환경 분야 전문성과 중앙정부 협력 경험, 정책조정 및 갈등관리 경험과 직무수행 의지 등을 종합적으로 고려해 후보자를 기후경제부지사로 임명하는 것이 적합하다고 판단했다"고 밝혔다.이어 "최종 임명된다면 높은 수준의 공직윤리와 책임성을 바탕으로 도의회와 도민사회에 주요 정책의 추진과정을 투명하게 공개하고, 환경보전 및 미래산업 육성과 도민 이익이 조화를 이룰 수 있도록 책임 있게 직무를 수행할 것을 권고한다"고 덧붙였다.채택된 인사청문 경과보고서는 3일 이내에 도의회 의장에게 전달되고, 이후 제주지사에게 송부된다. 이 후보자는 도의회에서도 합격점을 받은 만큼 무난히 임명될 것으로 보인다.이날 인사청문회에선 환경 전문가인 후보자에게 제주 제2공항 관련 질의가 집중적으로 쏟아졌다.찬반을 묻는(강정범 의원) 질의부터 "환경 영향에 대한 데이터 기반 평가와 갈등을 조정하는 역할을 할 수 있겠느냐"(장희순 의원), "전문가 의견과 지역의 우려를 종합적으로 판단해야 한다"는 질문이 나왔다.이에 이 후보자는 "찬반 입장을 정하는 것보다 쟁점을 검증하고 도민에게 투명하게 전달하는 것이 중요하다"고 즉답을 피하면서도 "환경영향평가 과정에 전문기관의 검토와 심의 절차가 마련돼 있기 때문에 절차에 따라 객관적으로 판단하겠다"고 답했다.이 후보자는 서귀포시 남원읍 신례리 출신으로 남주고와 경희대를 졸업한 뒤 영국 킬(KEELE) 대학원에서 정치학 석·박사 학위를 받았다.40회 행정고시에 합격해 1997년 공직에 입문, 환경부에서 장관 비서관, 대변인실 정책홍보팀장, 환경산업경제과장, 원주지방환경청장, 정책기획관 등을 두루 역임했다. 2023년에는 1급으로 승진해 대통령실 기후환경비서관을 지냈다.。    Variety discount store Family Dollar recently initiated multiple recalls on products ranging from over-the-counter drugs to toothpaste sold at regional chains in nearly two dozen states.The company first issued an announcement Oct. 5, which was published Oct. 10 by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, alerting Family Dollar shoppers of a voluntary recall on "over-the-counter drugs and medical devices" that had been "stored outside of labeled temperature requirements by Family Dollar and inadvertently shipped" to some of its stores from June 1 through Sept. 21, 2023.The wide range of recalled items includes cold medicine, pain relievers, mouthwash, moisturizer, vitamins and more. Affected products were sold in 23 states from June 1 through Oct. 4, 2023."To date, Family Dollar has not received any consumer complaints or reports of illness related to this voluntary recall," the company statement read. "This recall is being conducted out of an abundance of caution."Family Dollar did not immediately respond to ABC News' request for comment.Click here to see the full list of products included in the recall and SKU information."Family Dollar has notified its affected stores asking them to check their stock immediately and to quarantine and discontinue the sale of any affected product," the company statement continued.Customers who purchased any of the recalled items are able to return them to the purchase location without a receipt for a refund.A full list of recalled items, as well as the states impacted, can be found on the FDA's website.Family Dollar experienced a similar issue earlier this spring when it voluntarily recalled seven Advil products that it said were also stored at the wrong temperature.。
